Dentons Rodyk acted as solicitors to Perpetual (Asia) Limited (as trustee of ESR-LOGOS REIT (the “Issuer”) in relation to S$150,000,000 Subordinated Perpetual Securities comprised in Series 006 (the “Existing Securities”) to offer to exchange their Existing Securities for Singapore Dollar-denominated subordinated perpetual securities (the “New Securities”) to be issued by the Issuer under the Issuer’s S$750,000,000 Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme. - Serentica Renewables
Dentons Rodyk acted as Borrower’s lead counsel in relation to a US$425 million ECB project financing with a consortium of three international banks and three Indian lenders to finance a 530MW round-the-clock hybrid wind and solar project in Rajasthan and Maharashtra, India. The project won Indian Deal of the Year in the PFI APAC Awards 2023. - J O Hambro Capital Management Limited
Dentons Rodyk reviewed the offering documents / information memorandum for the J O Hambro Funds, restricted schemes domiciled in Ireland and the UK, including amending and advising the manager on the regulations application to such funds, drafting the Singapore information memorandum and the registration of the information memorandum and product highlight sheet with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. To date there are 14 sub-funds under the J O Hambro Funds each targeting different jurisdictions and investment sectors. - Stagwell Inc.
Dentons Rodyk is acting as deal counsel for Nasdaq listed Stagwell Inc in the acquisition of ADK Global, an integrated advertising and marketing solutions group headquartered in Japan with presence in 10 jurisdictions, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition marks the first regional acquisition for Stagwell in the Asia-Pacific market, the latest addition set to expand the network’s regional staff count to over 2,000 team members, spanning agencies and affiliates on the ground in Australia, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. - responsAbility Sustainable Food – Asia II, SLP
