During the research period, the M&A team was active in advising private acquisition, asset acquisition, joint venture and divestment mandates. 

Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising Elis SA, the global leader in textile rental and maintenance services, on its acquisition of 100% of Wonway Manufacturing, a Malaysian company.

The firm also advised Lectra SA, a listed French high-tech group with a global presence, on its phased acquisition of Six Atomic, a fashion technology group specializing in AI-powered solutions.
