In 2020, Dentons opened an office in Dublin. Today it has a team of 10 partners and 26 lawyers. The firm has strong experience in M&A and banking and finance, advising targets, sellers and acquirers on acquisitions in a variety of sectors.

Highlights

In banking and finance the firm advises both borrowers and lenders on a range of debt financing, securitisation and structured lending transactions. A notable recent highlight includes assisting Alvarez & Marsal on the successful issuance and listing of a EUR112 million green securitised bond. This bond listing represented the first secured publicly listed green bond offering in the Baltics and the first listed green bonds to have received the highest AAA credit rating in the region. The deal was named an Impact Deal of the Year at the IFLR Europe awards 2026.
