Highlights 

In debt capital markets the firm actively advises on high value debt instruments and bond issues for multinational clients. For instance, the firm advised on the local Irish legal, regulatory and tax aspects of Baring’s Euro Middle Market CLO. This represented the first ever middle market private credit collateralised loan transaction to be completed in Europe.   

Another notable example of the firm's engagement in high profile transactions is the assistance of Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited as global coordinator to a syndicate of banks in a $1.5 billion facility to SMBC Aviation Capital. The firm advised Citi on all Irish legal matters.
