Highlights


A notable highlight of the firms activity during the research period includes assisting on the USD 600 million asset backed securities refinancing of the Gilead aircraft leasing platform, a joint venture between PIMCO and AerCap. The transaction refinanced a portfolio of 18 aircraft leased across eight jurisdictions, highlighting the firm cross border expertise in aviation finance and structured finance.

In M&A, the firm played an active role assisting CommScope on the local Irish law aspects of Amphenol Corporation's acquisition of CommScope's Connectivity and Cable Solutions business. This transaction is illustrative of the firms capability to advise on complex international cross border deals on a regular basis.
