Overview
Walkers is the biggest offshore law firm in the world. Its Jersey office is a cornerstone of the firm’s global network, advising top international financial institutions, fund managers, corporates and high-net-worth clients. The office continues to grow under the leadership of partners Jonathan Heaney and Nigel Weston who are noted for their experience on major cross-border finance, investment funds and corporate transactions. Recent notable transactions include representing BlackRock in its USD 3.2 billion acquisition of market data/investment management provider Preqin.
