A notable highlight of the firms work includes acting for a lender on a USD140 million capital call facility provided to Fidelity Evergreen Private Credit Master Fund, advising on all Irish law aspects of the financing. The transaction highlights the firm's expertise in fund finance and complex cross border capital facilities.

The firm also advised Akhenaton on the issuance of USD 250 million secured notes due 2030 through Renaissance Emerging Funding DAC, with the notes listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.
