The banking team acted as legal advisors to United Solar Polysilicon (FZC) as borrower in relation to a bridge loan facility from Bank Dhofar and a term facility from Bank Dhofar and Future Fund Oman for the construction and development of the facility. The financing part of the transaction closed in August 2024 and November 2024.
