Andrew Coddington

Andrew has extensive corporate lending and finance experience specialising in trade, acquisition and property financings, and has also worked on a wide number of asset, project and Islamic finance transactions.  Before joining AMJ in 2016, Andrew practised in London and Moscow for 11 years and the BVI for 5 years.

• Advised the project company on its US$4.6bn financing in respect of the Duqm Refinery Project.
• Advised a Credit Agricole-led syndicate on its US$900m facilities to the Government of Oman for the construction of 3 hospitals in Oman.
• Advised Commerzbank on its US$100m facility to National Bank of Oman.
• Advised the lenders to the ACWA Consortium for the development, financing, design, engineering, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of an Independent Water Project in Salalah.
• Advised the lenders for the development, financing, design, engineering, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of an independent water plant at Al Sharqiyah.
• Advised Bank Muscat on its US$50m facility to Oman Housing Bank.
