Firm overview

BSA is a regional law firm established in 2001 in Dubai, built on combining deep local expertise with a modern, progressive approach to legal practice. To meet growing demand in Oman, we expanded to Muscat through our merger with Al Rashdi & Al Barwani Advocates, led by Abdulaziz Al Rashdi and Mundhir Al Barwani, both members of the Omani Bar Association and licensed before all courts in the Sultanate.

Today, with Senior Partner Dr. Ahmad Bin Hezeem and offices across the Middle East and Europe, including the UAE, Oman, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon, BSA offers clients exceptional regional reach and advice that is genuinely aligned with market realities. Our team of 105 lawyers, representing 35 nationalities and speaking 22 languages, brings extensive regional experience and full rights of audience across the jurisdictions in which we operate.

We are recognized leaders in emerging and evolving sectors, working in partnership with our clients toward sustainable and forward-thinking solutions. More than a law firm, we foster collaboration, create synergy, and drive meaningful progress.

For over two decades, clients have trusted us for clear, strategic advice, flexible engagement, and strong relationships. Whether supporting startups, major corporations, or community initiatives, we apply a holistic and practical approach to every matter we undertake, across Oman and the wider region.
