  • Advising the Government of Oman on all Oman law matters relating to the Government’s capital market issuances (bonds and sukuk) undertaken locally and internationally aggregating over US$20 billion.
  • Advising the Oman Investment Authority and Equitix Investment on establishment of a first of its kind US$2 billion infrastructure fund in the Sultanate of Oman and listing of its units on the Muscat Securities Exchange.
  • Advising OQ S.A.O.C. (formerly, Oman Oil SAOC) on all Oman law matters relating to the establishment of its US$2 billion GMTN programme and issuance of US$750 million notes under Regulation S / Rule 144-A.
  • Advising Mubadrah Investments LLC on its US$65 million sale of shares in Gulf Energy SAOC which included a US$1.1 billion business combination with a Nasdaq-listed SPAC.
