Highlights  

Recent examples of the firm's work include advising PetroVietnam Power Corporation on a landmark financing for the Nhon Trach 3 and 4 LNG-to-power projects, representing the largest financing from tied ECA lenders in Vietnam's power sector in four years. The transaction is notable for proceeding without a government guarantee, a first in the sector, setting a new precedent for future project developments.  

The firm also advised No Va Land Group, Vietnam's second-largest property developer, on the restructuring of its international bonds listed on the Singapore Exchange. This restructuring was unprecedented in scale and complexity, establishing a benchmark for future restructuring efforts by Vietnamese companies.  

Additionally, the firm represented Masan Group in its issuance of US$250 million in convertible dividend preference shares to Bain Capital Private Equity. This transaction marks the country's first convertible dividend preference share deal.
