Highlights  

Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising a US-based investment fund and hospitality corporation on its strategic acquisition of a premier resort in Phu Quoc. This transaction was legally complex, as it enabled the buyer to indirectly acquire land use rights in Vietnam, a jurisdiction with strict foreign ownership regulations. The firm structured the deal as a 100% share acquisition of the Vietnamese company that owns the resort, requiring careful navigation of land, investment and corporate law.  

In a landmark project mandate, the firm advised Fleming International Vietnam on the implementation of its major solar energy system. This complex transaction required navigating Vietnam's intricate regulatory framework for renewable power generation, ensuring full compliance and successful project commissioning.
