Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising AC Energy on its US$165 million strategic acquisition of a 49% stake in Super Energy's 837MW Vietnam solar platform. This landmark transaction is a "first of its kind", establishing a strategic partnership between ACEN and Super Energy to jointly develop, own and operate renewable energy projects across the ASEAN region.  

In another landmark deal, the firm advised Hibiscus Petroleum, Malaysia's first listed independent oil and gas exploration and production company, on all Vietnam law aspects of its high-profile strategic acquisition of Repsol's upstream assets in Malaysia and Vietnam.
