Anh Tuyet Ho

Ho Anh Tuyet is a counsel of YKVN at Ho Chi Minh City office. Her practice currently focuses on M&A transactions, capital market and general corporate, commercial and investment matters. Tuyet has been involved in the investment transactions in listed and unlisted companies as well as local and international bond issue transactions. She also regularly advises onshore and offshore clients in general corporate, commercial and investment matters.

• Acted as Vietnam counsel to VinFast in its backdoor listing on NASDAQ through a business combination with Black Spade Acquisition Co, which values VinFast at US$ 23 billion.
• Advising No Va Land Investment Group Corporation, one of the largest real estate developers in Vietnam, on its on-going financial restructuring to deal with Novaland’s domestic and offshore debts.
• Advised Masan Group, a leading Vietnamese conglomerate in the consumer goods and retail space, in its issuance of US$ 250 million convertible dividend preference shares to Bain Capital Private Equity.
