Highlights  

A notable example of the firm’s work includes assisting Export Creidt Agencies, EIFO and Credendo in connection to the €1.5 billion project financing for the Greater Changhua 4 offshore wind farm, part of a larger 920 megawatts project developed by Ørsted in Taiwan.   

In M&A, the firm advised as lead counsel to European Energy in connection to Mitsubishi’s €700 million equity investment  European Energy and its acquisitions of 20% of outstanding shares and voting rights, becoming a key strategic partner for European Energy.
