The firm advised on the Danish law and financing aspects of Genmab’s approximately US$8 billion acquisition of Merus, one of the largest transactions undertaken by a Danish company. The mandate included advising on the financing package supporting the acquisition and helping deliver a transformative life sciences transaction designed to strengthen Genmab’s late-stage pipeline and strategic growth ambitions.
The firm acted as lead counsel to Ørsted on its DKK 60 billion rights issue, the largest equity capital markets transaction ever completed in Denmark and the largest capital raising in Nordic history
