Oliver Machholdt's primary practice areas are transactions, contracts and regulatory matters within the life sciences industry.
Oliver advises Danish and foreign clients on transactions, contracts and regulatory matters in relation to biotech, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical cannabis, and food. He has extensive knowledge of the life sciences industry.
Oliver has substantial experience in complex international transactions involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices as well as in drafting and negotiating commercial industry contracts such as service agreements, license agreements, manufacturing agreements, and supply agreements.
Also, Oliver has particular experience drafting and negotiating agreements with Danish and foreign universities and other public research bodies, including NDAs, material transfer agreements, clinical trial agreements, and research collaboration agreements.
In addition to his work as a legal adviser, Oliver also serves as Kromann Reumert's knowledge ambassador within Life Science & Healthcare. His responsibilities in that capacity include, among other things, the task of enhancing our internal knowledge sharing within that field, including knowledge of market trends, new practice, new legislation, and the issuing of newsletters.
