Highlights  


The firm advised Alight on the acquisition and financing of Lidsø Solar Park from European Energy, one of Denmark's largest solar projects with a capacity of 215 MW. The transaction marked Alight’s entry into the Danish market and its largest acquisition to date.


The firm acted as lead adviser to the Kingdom of Denmark on its acquisition of a 59.4% stake in Copenhagen Airports from ATP, in a transaction valued at approximately USD 5.2 billion. The landmark state-led acquisition secured long-term public control of a strategically important national infrastructure asset and was followed by a mandatory takeover offer that increased the State’s ownership to more than 99%. The mandate highlights the team's expertise in complex public M&A, takeover regulation and high-profile transactions involving critical infrastructure assets.
