Emil specialises in acquisition finance, project finance, asset finance, and loan finance in general.
He has in-depth knowledge of ship finance as adviser to Danish and international shipping companies and lenders on the finance law aspects relating to ship transfers and operations.
Emil is also an experienced adviser on general company law and regulatory issues relating to provision of financial services, sale of financial products, and trading in securities.
