Rune Morthorst specialises in M&A, investments and capital market law.
Rune advises Danish and foreign private equity and venture funds in relation to sales, purchases, and investments in businesses. He helps clients successfully negotiate and enter into shareholders’, investment and sale and purchase agreements and effectively manages due diligence processes, where he can draw on his experience in dispute resolution and marketing and IP law.
Further, Rune assists in capital market transactions, inter alia in connection with IPOs and share issues.
Finally, Rune serves as Kromann Reumert’s knowledge ambassador for our Capital Markets practice. As such, he is responsible for promoting the sharing of knowledge of important developments in the field, both internally within our organization and with the outside world.
