Biography
Peter Qvist advises clients on financing transactions and on the regulatory framework for conducting financial business activities in Denmark. He has a specialist interest and experience in relation to the regulatory framework applicable to the capital structure of banks, mortgage credit banks and insurance companies – in particular the rules and requirements regarding the issue of regulatory capital. Peter also specializes in the regulation of alternative investment funds and other collective investment schemes.
