In banking and finance, a notable highlight of the firms work during the research cycle includes its role assisting LCM Partners Limited and Solo Asset I DAC in connection with the establishment and the financing of a finance platform with InovoiceFair Limited trading as Financefair. The fund aims to finance the construction of 750 new homes.  

Another highlight of the firms work, includes the firm advising Flutter Entertainment on its EUR 2.3 billion acquisition of Snailtech. The transaction will give Flutter Entertainment an online share of 30% in the Italian market.  

In investment funds, the firm has advised on some notable market firsts. For instance, the firm advised Robeco on the establishment of its first Irish ETF Platform and launch of five initial sub-funds. The Irish ETF platform is Robeco’s first Irish fund range and first ETF products.
