  • Acting for Japan Bank for International Co-Operation in connection with the financing of its €7.3 billion acquisition by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation of RBS Aviation Capital.
  • Acting for lenders in relation to the financing of the Morgan Hotel, the Citi Hotel, the Radisson Hotel (Galway), Dunboyne Castle, the Dylan and the Imperial Hotel (Cork).
  • Acting for the lenders to Avolon Holdings Limited in relation to its US$10.38 billion acquisition of CIT Groups aircraft leasing business.
