• Advised Gulf International Bank on the migration of its £100 million trade finance fund from the Cayman Islands to Ireland. 
• Advised Blackstone on its acquisition of Cedar Real Estate Investment plc, comprising a property portfolio of prime commercial property valued at over €535 million. 
• Advised EG Capital Advisors ICAV on the restructuring of its share classes with a view to broadening its investor base.
