- Advised Citibank Nigeria Limited on its capital raise via a rights issue of $136 million to meet CBN recapitalisation mandate.
- Advised as Nigerian counsel on the €1.87 billion syndicated debt issuance facility for the Bank of Industry with AFC and Afreximbank.
- Advised Arnergy Solar Limited on its $18 million Series B fundraise for solar manufacturing and deployment expansion in Africa.
