Onyinyechi is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Banking and Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. She has advised international and multi-national companies on the legal validity of refinancing deeds, loan agreements, line of credit agreements and other finance related transactions. She also advises on corporate investment, mergers & acquisitions and establishment of collective schemes.
She is an active member of the Banking, Finance and Insolvency Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association-Section on Business Law and a member of the Banking Law Committee of the International Bar Association where she has published articles.
She is ranked as a Rising Star in Banking and Project Finance by the International Financial Law Review for the years 2018 and 2019.
