• Advised on the demutualisation of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (now Nigerian Exchange Group) and the subsequent listing of NGX Group on Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX)
• Advised Access Bank Plc on the issuance of US$500 million Basel III compliant Additional Tier 1 Eurobond notes, admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange (the first to be issued by a Nigerian bank)
• Advised on Africa Finance Corporation’s US$700 million Eurobond issuance and CHF150 million inaugural Green Bond issuance
• Advised Access Bank Plc on the issuance of a US$50 million Senior Unsecured Step-Up Puttable Green Bond, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange
• Advised Pan African Towers Limited on the establishment of a ₦50 billion (appox. US$116 million) Bond Issuance Programme
