Ayodeji Oyetunde

Ayodeji Oyetunde is a Partner in the Corporate Commercial practice group of Aluko & Oyebode. Ayodeji provides advice to the Firm’s clients principally on debt/equity capital market transactions, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings and regulatory compliance. He also provides advice on an on-going basis on various private equity, telecommunications, finance, insurance, oil & gas and privatisation transactions.

• Advised Capital Alliance in connection with its US$80 Million equity investment in Beloxxi Industries Limited, a Nigerian biscuit manufacturing company in Nigeria.
• Led the team that advised Radix Capital Partners Limited in its acquisition of the majority stake in IGI Pension Fund Managers Limited, a former subsidiary of Industrial and General Insurance Plc.
• Co-Led the team that advised a joint venture consisting of Vitol S.A and Helios Investment Partners in relation to its acquisition of the downstream businesses of Oando Plc, a leading Nigerian integrated energy company.
• Led the team that advised a global leading insurance and asset management group – AXA SA – in connection with its €198 Million acquisition of Assur Africa Holding, a majority stakeholder in Mansard Insurance Plc.
• Led the team that advised IHS Netherlands Holdco B.V. on its US$800 Million capital raising through a Eurobond issue.
