With more than 22 years of professional experience, Răzvan advises on a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as transactions designed to enhance business efficiency and support strategic growth.
His expertise also extends to construction and FIDIC agreements and public procurement matters, with a particular focus on the infrastructure sector. He assists clients throughout the lifecycle of public procurement contracts, from the early stages of implementation through completion, including representation during Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) proceedings, court litigation, and arbitration.
- Advised Metinvest, a global vertically integrated mining and metals company, on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in ArcelorMittal Iași, part of the global steel group ArcelorMittal.
- Advised ABB on the internal reorganisation of its business lines as part of the global divestment of its Robotics division, which was ultimately sold to SoftBank Group in a transaction valued at USD 5.375 billion.
- Advised Globant, an IT and software development company operating in 33 countries with more than 30,000 employees worldwide, throughout the merger process by which Globant IT Romania was absorbed by Pentalog Romania.
- Assisted, as part of an international team of advisers, NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, Inc., one of the world's leading logistics companies, in the acquisition of the shares of multiple subsidiaries of Cargo-Partner Group Holding AG, a global logistics services provider with a strong presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
