Alexandru Ciambur has eight years of experience in banking and finance law.

His expertise covers both cross-border and domestic financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral financing structures, as well as high-profile regulatory matters in banking, financial services, payment services, and capital markets. He also advises on banking and finance due diligence matters.

Alexandru has been involved in some of the largest transactions handled by the firm’s Banking & Finance practice, spanning sectors such as agribusiness, energy, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, real estate, and manufacturing

• Part of the NNDKP team assisting a syndicate of banks in providing approximately EUR 500 million in financing to Carmistin The Food Company, one of Romania’s leading agri-food companies.
• Part of the NNDKP team advising Raiffeisen Bank Romania on the financing granted to Monza Ares Group for the acquisition of Brain Institute and its integration into the group’s structure.
• Part of the NNDKP team assisting MedLife with the increase of its syndicated loan facility by EUR 50 million.
• Part of the NNDKP team assisting a syndicate of banks in providing a EUR 101.5 million loan facility to RodBun Group, one of Romania’s leading agricultural businesses, through the refinancing of existing facilities and an increase in financing of EUR 37.14 million.
• Part of the NNDKP team assisting a syndicate of banks in providing EUR 550 million in financing to the Swiss agribusiness group Ameropa.
