His experience spans all stages of the deal lifecycle, including deal structuring, due diligence, contract negotiation, post-closing integration, and implementation.

In addition, he has developed niche expertise in gambling regulatory matters, advising local and international B2C and B2B operators on licensing procedures and authorisations, as well as on various regulatory, compliance, and operational aspects of their businesses.

• Advised, as part of an international legal team, the Spanish Saica Group, one of the largest European players in the development and production of recycled paper and packaging, on the acquisition of the German Thimm Group, a leading provider of sustainable corrugated packaging and display solutions.
• Assisted an international manufacturer and supplier of petrochemicals, polymers, and fabricated building products in a multijurisdictional transaction involving the acquisition of a global manufacturer serving the specialty materials, wire, and cable sectors.
• Advised an international technology company on the internal restructuring and subsequent divestment of part of its business.
• Advised a major gaming corporation operating in Central and South-Eastern Europe on the merger and consolidation of its business in Romania.
• Assisted Inner Mongolia Mengtai Group Co., Ltd. with the acquisition of the Alu Menziken Group.
