Cătălina Dan is a Senior Associate at NNDKP with six years of experience in banking and finance law. Her expertise covers syndicated and bilateral financing, project and asset financing, corporate lending, and regulatory compliance matters in the banking and finance sector.

Cătălina has contributed to major domestic and cross-border financing transactions involving leading companies in sectors such as agribusiness, industry, renewable energy, and manufacturing. She has also coordinated and participated in teams advising on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters, including payment services, cross-border credit activities, e-money issuance, and the incorporation and authorisation of financial institutions.

• Part of the NNDKP team assisting a syndicate of banks in providing approximately EUR 500 million in financing to Carmistin The Food Company, one of Romania's leading agri-food companies.
• Part of the NNDKP team advising CEC Bank and Exim Banca Românească on the financing of the CET Titan combined heat and power plant project.
• Part of the NNDKP team advising a European bank and its Romanian subsidiary on multiple parallel financing transactions for the development of several photovoltaic parks in Romania involving more than six project companies.
• Part of the NNDKP team advising Raiffeisen Bank Romania on the financing granted to Monza Ares Group for the acquisition of Brain Institute and its integration into the group's structure.
• Part of the NNDKP team assisting a syndicate of banks in providing EUR 550 million in financing to a Swiss agribusiness group.
