Cătălina Dan has six years of experience in banking and finance law and is a Senior Associate at NNDKP. Her expertise covers syndicated and bilateral financing, project and asset financing, corporate lending, and regulatory compliance in the banking and finance areas.
Cătălina has contributed to major domestic and cross-border financing transactions handled by the practice, involving prominent players in sectors such as agribusiness, industrial, renewable energy and manufacturing, among others. In addition, she coordinates and participates in the work of teams advising on various regulatory and compliance matters, ranging from payment services, cross-border credit activities and issuance of e-money to incorporation and authorisation of financial institutions.
Assisted a syndicate of banks in providing EUR 550 million in
financing to a Swiss agribusiness group.Assisted a syndicate of banks with the financing of one of the
prominent agribusiness groups in Romania consisting of more
than 40 companies.- Assisted various banking and non-banking financial
institutions and large corporations in connection with a wide
range of regulatory matters in the banking, lending and
payment services sector, including in interactions with the
