- Assisted a leading German technology company specialising in sustainable mobility solutions in connection with its participation in Romanian public procurement procedures, including the acquisition of electric trains by the Romanian State (approximately EUR 1 billion) and the modernisation of railway safety and interlocking systems through various procurement processes exceeding EUR 5 billion in aggregate value.
- Assisted a major US aircraft manufacturer operating in the global security and aerospace sector in relation to Romanian State procurement programmes involving multipurpose sea and land emergency intervention helicopters, next-generation multirole combat aircraft, and unmanned aircraft systems.
- Advised a Canadian manufacturer of luxury winter clothing on the acquisition of a knitting manufacturing business operated in Romania by certain Italian designers.
