In the capital markets field, she has advised on listings, initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary public offerings (SPOs), and bond issuances, providing guidance on transaction structuring, regulatory approvals, and market disclosure requirements.
Corina also assists clients with corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters, helping boards of directors and management teams adapt to evolving legal frameworks and implement effective governance practices.
- Advised Carrefour on all Romanian law aspects of the sale of its Romanian operations to Pavăl Holding, in a transaction based on an enterprise value of EUR 823 million.
- Advised PetStar Group, the largest PET preform producer in Romania and the Balkan region by production volume and product range, on the buy-back of the equity participation held by private equity fund AMC Capital IV in Pet Star Holding, marking the fund's exit, and on the refinancing of the mezzanine facility granted by the fund together with the group's credit facilities.
- Advised Mexican investor Grupo Bimbo on the acquisition of Vel Pitar, the leader of the Romanian bread and bakery products market.
- Advised a leading global agribusiness and food ingredients company on the merger of its three Romanian subsidiaries following its international acquisition of a global agribusiness group.
- Advised the overseas agricultural business division of a major food and agriculture company on the acquisition of commercial vessels, including barges and pushers, as part of its strategy to internalise barge freight operations in the region, and subsequently on a second barge acquisition.
