Manuela Nestor

Manuela Nestor is Co-Managing Partner and Co-Founder of NNDKP and has nearly 50 years of professional experience. She is widely recognized as a leading figure in the Romanian legal market and has contributed to some of the transactions that have shaped Romania's economic landscape, including privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and restructuring projects.

In addition to her legal practice, Manuela oversees the implementation of the firm's business strategy and provides strategic guidance and input on major projects handled by the firm.
