- Assisted an American group in the acquisition of joint control over two companies active in the non-banking services sector.
- Assisted a leading insurance company and its minority shareholders in the final stage of the founders' exit through the sale of the minority participation retained by the founders to the majority shareholder.
- Advised a global biopharmaceutical company on the divestiture of its consumer healthcare business in Romania.
