- Assisted a renewable energy company active across Europe in advancing solar, wind, and battery storage projects in Romania, including permitting, project development, EPC and project agreement drafting and negotiations, as well as ongoing regulatory support.
- Advised a regional industry player on a proposed carbon capture and storage project in Romania, including early-stage legal assessment and identification of potential regulatory and implementation issues for an oil and gas operator.
- Advised an energy company focused on clean energy infrastructure, sustainability projects, and waste-to-energy solutions on the acquisition of five solar projects totalling approximately 230 MW, together with a separate 100 MW battery energy storage project sharing a joint grid connection solution.
- Assisted Holcim Romania, one of the leaders in the local construction materials industry, in the acquisition of granite quarry operator Uranus Pluton SRL. Previously advised the client on the expansion of its aggregates division through the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Stones Business Development SRL.
