Your Legal Partners advised Premia Properties R.E.I.C. in its acquisition of a 50% stake in Navarino Vineyards, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tourism Enterprises of Messinia. The project included the establishment of an operating company (OpCo) with Hellenic Wineries holding a 75% majority stake and a TEMES affiliate holding the remaining 25%.
Your Legal Partners acted as legal advisor to the winning consortium of Metlen and Atese in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for the design, construction, financing, maintenance, and operation of 17 school units in the Central Macedonia Region. The project involved a total investment of EUR 137.6 million and a contract duration of 27 years.
