Senica and Partners is a Slovenian law firm founded in 1986 by Miro Senica. The firm is based in Ljubljana. Law Firm Senica became a member firm of Andersen Global, an international association of independent law firms, in January 2021. The deal team consists of prominent Slovenian legal professionals being led by managing partner Katarina Kresal, who is also the Global Co-Chair of Andersen CEE sub-region. The firm is active in financial and corporate practice where it advises on banking, M&A and restructurings. The firm also has a strong projects practice.
