Odvetniška družba Lukman advised ALFI RE and ERSTE PLAVI in their collaborative acquisition of one of Slovenia's largest shopping centres of Planet Koper. The firm was responsible for drafting the term sheet, conducting due diligenc, structuring and preparing all transaction documents, and reviewing credit agreements. The team acted as lead counsel to the buyer and was led by partners Tomaž Lukman and Sanda Južnik.

The firm is also advising ALFI RE on their acquisition of a large commercial real estate asset in Ljubljana, Slovenia, through the SPV (L33 nepremičninska družba d.o.o.). The team has provided legal advice during the negotiation of the real estate purchase agreement as well as the merger control assessment. The transaction is currently ongoing and led by partner Tomaž Lukman.
