ODI advised Nama d.d. on a comprehensive corporate restructuring involving its conversion from a joint-stock company into a limited liability company. The mandate included a related capital restructuring, redesign of the company’s financial structure and assessment of corporate law compliance. ODI managed the full implementation process, including corporate approvals, creditor protection procedures and regulatory registrations, navigating the complexities arising from the company’s size, extensive real estate portfolio and multi-stakeholder governance framework.

ODI advised a leading global automotive manufacturer on the rollout of connected mobility services, privacy tools and EV-related digital solutions across the Adriatic region. The mandate involved complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory advice, data protection assessments and engagement with local regulators across several countries.
