The firm regularly acts on high value banking and finance transactions in the market. For instance, the firm advised as lead advisor to the City of Stockholm with respect to the $685 million revolving credit facility and $160 million accordiooption arranged by a syndicate of banks. 

 A notable highlight of the firm’s M&A work during the research period includes representing Freya Investissement in the SEK 13 billion acquisition of Kinnevik’s entire shareholding in Tele2. The significant large scale transaction is reflective of the firm’s capabilities leading on large scale complex acquisitions across multiple jurisdictions.  

Another significant highlight the firm is currently advising on is the firm’s role providing ongoing legal support to Kemijoki in the development and permitting of hydropower projects. The client intends to build an estimated several 200 – 600 MW pumped storage plants in the Keijoki area with a potential investment of €2 - 3 billion.
