In a notable highlight of the firms activity during the research period, the firm as legal counsel to SEB in connection with Karnell’s IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm. SEB acted as sole hglobal coordinator in connection with the IPO. The IPO was a significant transaction for the Swedish market, as it represented the first on Nasdaq Stockholm since October 2023.  

In the M&A market, Roschier represented a consortium led by CVC, alongside Waldakt, in a recommended public cash offer for Resurs Holding AB. The firm advised on the structure and the terms of the offer, which valued Resurs at USD 495 million.
