In banking and finance, a notable highlight of the firms work during the research period includes advising EPV Solar Power as lead counsel in connection with the debt financing of EPV Energy’s  first solar park in Finland.  The solar farm will be EPV Group’s first industrial solar park and one of the largest in Finland.  

Another highlight of the firm’s work includes advising PURO Finance and shareholders of the merger with Alisa Bank. Dottir served as legal advisor to PURO Finance providing legal counsel to the Finnish fintech firm.
