For example, Waselius provided legal advice to the Howden Group, a global insurance broker, on it’s $6.1 billion refinancing of combined notes and loans. In Capital markets debt work the firm played a role as local counsel representing First Quantum Minerals on its $1.6 billion project loan and the amendment and extension of the clients credit corporate bank creidt facilities. It is recorded as the largest mining yield deal of the decade across the globe
