Roschier has enhanced its finance and restructuring practice with a new partner hire in Finland.
Jonne Järvi joins the firm from Castrén & Snellman, where he had been counsel and partner-elect. He focuses on advising financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers on matters including project finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions. He is also experienced in corporate lending work and financial restructuring projects.
Järvi is the second partner to join the firm's finance and restructuring practice in the past 12 months, following the arrival of Johannes Ahti in September 2017.
