Nordic firm Roschier has appointed a new partner to the capital markets and corporate practice of its Helsinki office.
Antti Ihamuotila joins the firm from the London office of US outfit Latham & Watkins, where he had been since 2005, and brings with him more than 15 years’ experience working in this area in the UK capital.
Ihamuotila said of the move: “I have worked with Roschier for many years and have always been impressed by their high quality of work and solution-oriented approach. When the time came to move back to Finland, I knew that this would be the ideal platform for me."
