The firm has handled a range of notable matters including high-profile public M&A transactions, joint-venture agreements, private and public financings and refinancings, strategic acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Another highlight saw the team, led by Oliver Richardson and Raulin Amy, advise Ardonagh on the acquisition of issued shares and subscription for shares in Tara Topco Limited, the parent company of the Ardonagh structure incorporated in the Cayman Islands, by funds managed by Stone Point Capital LLC.

In the investment funds space, the team had a successful year focusing on private equity, hedge fund management, joint ventures, investment funds, real estate, hybrid funds and various credit and debt funds. The team recently advised Index Ventures on the establishment of Index Ventures Growth VII (the "Fund"), which ranks first in the top ten biggest European 'mega-fund' launches of 2024.
