Mourant Ozannes and Ogier have both hired lawyers from each other to enhance their Jersey fund teams.
Mourant Ozannes has hired partner Tim Morgan, while Ogier brought onboard managing associate Matthew Shaxson who joins as a partner.
Morgan had previously worked at Taylor Wessing in London and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
