The firm advised Emmi on the CHF 700 million bridge financing for the acquisition of Mademoiselle Desserts Group. The firm’s team was led by financing partner Alexander von Jeinsen and also included Alexander Fische, Elizabeth Lagler and Celine Martin. Emmi is listed on SIX Swiss Exchange and marks the largest acquisition of Emmi’s history.  

The firm acted as legal counsel to Galderma in its inaugural bond issuances in 2024 and 2025 following is its successful IPO. The two senior bonds were issued in two tranches valued at CHF 500 million each.
