Biography
Annina Hammer's practice focuses on M&A, capital market and financing transactions. She also advises companies on general corporate law, including Corporate Governance.
A specific focus of her work lies in advising foreign and domestic private and public companies as well as private equity, venture capital and other investors on acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint ventures and other M&A transactions.
In addition, Annina regularly advises on a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated credit agreements and cash pooling arrangements as well as on general corporate law matters. Her practice also includes advising banks and issuers on capital market transactions.
